Morning Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Gong This Weekend
Sunday 8/25 at 11 am

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, brings balance into your life through the use of breath, movement, meditation, mantra, and conscious transformation. Both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome. There are no levels in Kundalini.

Kundalini is a fast and transformative way to destress, lose weight, focus the mind, and strengthen the body. Meditation has been proven to enhance changes in the brain structure and organization as we experience, learn, and adapt. Scientifically, this is called neuroplasticity.

The gong quiets the mind allowing for a deep and effortless meditation after our Kundalini practice. The vibrations activate our body’s ability to heal at a cellular level. A complete practice for body, mind, and spirit.

Kundalini Intensive Studies: Integrating the Technology of Kundalini Yoga into Your Lifestyle

Sunday 8/25 from 2-5pm.

In the practice of Kundalini Yoga, as our awareness expands, it impacts every aspect of our lives. Over the years, Yogi Bhajan gave guidelines about how to keep the Kundalini flowing through the day, just by making some simple changes to our daily routine. These habits have a tremendous impact on our consciousness and vitality.
"Known as a householder’s tradition, Kundalini Yoga is for people with jobs, families, relationships, homes, cars, creative practices. In Kundalini Yoga, the path of ordinariness is the path to your own royalty, reality, and happiness. It’s meant to give you—in the throes of changing diapers, changing jobs, getting married, getting divorced—enough energy to amplify all of those parts of your experience, so that regular life is invigorating and joyous. Meanwhile, it’s a deeply meditative practice that can allow you to reach a so-called enlightened state or, to put it in a less intimidating way, a state of neutrality, even in the trenches of your everyday roles and responsibilities in the world”- Guru Jagat
